€29 a month is added, prorated. You add the team member and they can be scheduled straight away. That takes no new quote and no new contract.
Someone leaves
Many businesses have busier and quieter seasons. When someone leaves the field team after the busy months, you remove them and the next invoice is lower. You don't pay for licences nobody uses.

If you know how many people work in the field, you know what Schedulinq costs: team members × €29, excluding VAT. That keeps the budget easy to manage.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
What's in the €29?
Every feature, for every team member: the booking page, invitations and subscriptions, times that fit the route, invoicing, roles and permissions, the integrations with Google, Microsoft and Teamleader, unlimited appointments and appointment types, and support. Email is included; text and WhatsApp messages are charged per message sent.
How does a team get started?
We start with a 30-minute demo. In it we set up service areas, rosters and appointment types together, so Schedulinq schedules the way you do from day one. There's no charge for that: no setup fees and no implementation project.
Can we try it with the whole team first?
Yes. The trial runs for 30 days, with unlimited team members and no credit card. Text and WhatsApp are switched off during the trial; email works as normal.
Is there a maximum number of team members?
No. The price is €29 per team member, whether you have three or eighty. The slider above stops at 100, but you can type in any number.
Who can see and do what?
With roles and permissions you decide per team member what they can see and do, across 15 areas of Schedulinq. An engineer might only see their own appointments, for example, and the planner everything.
Can we add or remove team members during the month?
Yes. Changes are prorated on the next invoice. If someone joins on the 15th, you pay half a month for them.
Are prices including VAT?
No, all amounts exclude VAT. The invoice shows VAT separately, so you can reclaim it. €29 per team member becomes €35.09 including 21% Dutch VAT.
How are we billed?
Monthly. Payment is by iDEAL or credit card. The invoice arrives by email, and all invoices are in your account too.
Is there an annual contract?
No. You pay monthly and cancel monthly. The subscription then ends at the end of the current month.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. If you cancel, your data stays available for 30 days to export. After that it's deleted, in line with the GDPR.
