How do clients schedule an appointment themselves?
You set your working hours, appointment types and durations once. Clients open your booking page, pick a free slot within those limits, and the appointment lands straight in your calendar. No confirming needed. Schedulinq does that automatically.
Does a booking page work without my own website?
Yes. You get your own link that you can share anywhere: in your WhatsApp, your Instagram bio, your Google profile or your email signature. You don't need a website of your own.
How much time do I save with an online appointment scheduler?

How do I prevent no-shows?
Schedulinq automatically sends a confirmation and a reminder, by email, WhatsApp or text. Clients are less likely to forget their appointment, and can reschedule themselves instead of not showing up. Email is included; text and WhatsApp messages are charged per message.

What happens after the 30-day trial?
After 30 days your trial ends and you decide what to do. If you want to continue, you set up iDEAL or a credit card. Because you start without any payment details, nothing is ever renewed unless you say so yourself.
I have clients with a fixed appointment rhythm. Do they have to book again every time?
No. You put that client on a subscription with a fixed rhythm, for example every month or every year. At the right moment your client gets an invitation by themselves and picks a time that suits.
What does my booking page look like to my clients?
Your booking page gets your branding: your name, your logo, your colours and your own copy. Clients pick an appointment type, only see times that fit your day and get a confirmation afterwards.
If a client cancels, do I get a notification? And what happens to that empty slot?
You get a notification straight away. The freed-up slot automatically becomes available again, so other clients can book it. You don't have to do anything for that.
How do I block my calendar when I go on holiday?
In your settings you mark the days you're not available. Clients then won't see those slots appear when booking.
How do I let my existing clients know they now book via the link?
A quick message via WhatsApp or email is enough. Got clients who still prefer to call? You simply add that appointment to the system yourself, so your schedule is complete again.
