Can my planner still book manually and block out time?
Yes. Everything your planner does today stays possible: booking an appointment by hand for a customer who calls, blocking a half-day, rostering a team member off. Schedulinq schedules around it and only shows customers what is genuinely still available. Your planner keeps control; the phone work goes.
Does this also work when the owner does the scheduling?
Yes. It doesn't matter who schedules: a planner, a work planner or the owner between jobs. In the calculator on this page you choose who does it now, and work with the matching hourly rate.
How does Schedulinq keep my routes efficient?
Schedulinq doesn't fix a route after the fact; it prevents a bad one up front. Before a customer sees a time, Schedulinq checks where your field team already is that day. Only times that keep the day tight are bookable; an address on the other side of the service area simply isn't offered a time that day. How strict that filter is, you set yourself.
Can I set a service area and roster per team member?
Yes. You draw service areas on the map and link the team members who cover them; an area can belong to several people, and areas may overlap. Per team member you set the roster and which appointment types they carry out. Customers only see the team members who fit them geographically and by roster.
How does it work with recurring appointments, like annual maintenance?
Put a customer on a subscription with a fixed rhythm: every twelve months, every quarter, whatever fits the maintenance. At the right moment Schedulinq sends the invitation, reminds by email, WhatsApp or text until it's booked, and books the appointment with the team member who covers the area. You set up a subscription per customer, with a short form.
Can customers ask for a specific team member?
Yes. Alongside your company's booking page, every team member has their own booking link. Share it with customers who always want the same person; they then only see that person's availability. If a customer books through the company page, Schedulinq picks the team member based on service area and availability.
Does Schedulinq replace my CRM or ERP?
No. Schedulinq handles the scheduling and the communication with the customer: inviting, booking, confirming and reminding. Quotes, work orders and stock stay in the system where they are now. With Teamleader, Schedulinq syncs appointments, contacts and companies. An integration that doesn't exist yet, you can request.
How much time does it save per appointment?
We work with fifteen minutes per appointment that's arranged by hand now: calling, calling back, confirming and reminding. A call to make an appointment takes eight minutes on average and often doesn't succeed the first time. Work out your own situation with the calculator on this page.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You start with 30 days free, no credit card, and cancel monthly after that. No setup fees. Adding or removing team members mid-month is charged pro rata.
